ANUNT IMPORTANT PRIVIND CONGRESUL SNR 2020

In urma şedinţei Comitetului Director al Societăţiii de Neurologie din România desfăşurată din data de 12.03.2020, avand in vedere situatia epidemiologica nationala si internationala creata de pandemia COVID-19, s-a decis în unanimitate amânarea Congresului de Neurologie din România programat initial în perioada 06-09 mai 2020. Noua perioadă aprobată pentru desfăşurarea Congresului SNR 2020, este 16-19 septembrie 2020. Congresul se va desfăşura în aceeaşi locaţie şi anume Magic Place Events- Grant, Bucureşti (v. anuntul preliminar). Toate condiţiile de participare rămân aceleaşi iar noul termen limită pînă la care taxele de participare pot fi plătite cu reducere este 31.07.2020. Aşteptăm în continuare, până în data de 31.03. 2020, rezumatele lucrărilor dumneavoastră, respectând criteriile anunţate în Primul Anunţ al Congresului SNR din anul 2020, la adresa de e-mail: .

Atypical parkinsonian syndromes are a group of hypokinetic neurodegenerative diseases other than Parkinson's disease. Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP), Corticobasal Degeneration (CBD), Multiple System Atrophy (MSA)
and Dementia with Lewy Bodies (DLB) are the most prominent representatives of this group.
 
Movement Disorder specialists require specific expertise and skills for adequate medical care for patients with atypical parkinsonian syndromes. International research efforts make atypical parkinsonian syndromes particularly attractive for young neurologists.
This course is designed to provide young neurologists and future experts in Movement Disorders the essential knowledge and skills required for qualified medical care and high end research in atypical parkinsonian syndromes.

Participants will attend lectures presenting the different disease entities, followed by clinical skills lectures focusing on the clinical identification specific signs and symptoms.


Participants will then have the opportunity to examine individual patients with atypical parkinsonian syndromes. There will be plenty of opportunities to engage in a constructive discussions with the international experts. Attendees are also encouraged to bring own case-study videos and discuss them with faculty.

A working knowledge of English is required.
Travel Bursary Application Deadline
The deadline to apply for a travel bursary is March 1, 2019.
Recommended Audience
This course is intended for young neurologists with an expertise in movement disorders.

1st International Conference on Neuroscience, Neuroinformatics, Neurotechnology and Neuro-Psycho-Pharmacology

We kindly invite you to participate in the  1st International Conference on  Neuroscience, Neuroinformatics, Neurotechnology and Neuro-Psycho-Pharmacology organized by the Romanian Academy - Romanian Group for Brain Research, Romanian Society of Neurology, the Foundation of the Romanian Society of Neurology, the National Neuroscience Society of Romania and the Romanian Society for Automation and Technical Informatics. The aim of the conference is to bring together experts from various areas of brain science, neuroscience, clinical neurology, psychology, pharmacology with engineers in systems science, neuroinformatics, computer science and technology in order to debate aspects of the brain and mind, to identify efficient theories, models and tools that will contribute to a better understanding of the brain and its functioning. The conference will be organized in Bucharest on 15-17 November 2018.  
 
The opening ceremony and the invited papers will be presented in the main Hall of the Romanian Academy.
